to quit smoking tobacco completely in as little as three
weeks.
The Honeyrose Stop Smoking Plan
You can choose the Plan best suited to your own smoking
pattern. A light smoker will be used to having less
than 10 cigarettes per day, a medium smoker may have
between 10 to 30 each day, and a heavy smoker is probably
smoking more than 30 tobacco cigarettes every day.
